Dusit’s school-in-a-hotel now accepting students

A new hospitality school run by high-end hotel operator Dusit International is now accepting students. Dusit International Philippines, Inc. has announced that the Dusit Hospitality Management College (DHMC) in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City is now open for applications. Classes will start on August 2018.
The DHMC is notable for being a school-within-a-hotel, with its classrooms sharing the same building with the soon-to-open dusitD2 Hotel and serviced apartments. This arrangement allows DHMC students to learn by actually working beside professionals in a world-class setting.
This is Dusit’s first hospitality school in the Philippines. Its other school, the Dusit Thani College, is in Thailand. The DHMC is also the first school-within-a-hotel in Southeast Asia.
The DHMC offers a bachelor’s degree and two professional programs, all certified by its partner institutions, the École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and Institut Paul Bocuse in France.
Certified by the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, the Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management curriculum consists of courses in General Education, Business Administration, and Hospitality Management.
On the other hand, hoteliers who want to acquire new skills can apply for DHMC’s professional programs.
The Executive Education, certified by École Hôtelière de Lausanne, is comprised of courses in customer service and human resources. The Professional Advancement Center offers courses on hotel and restaurant management and culinary, certified by the Institut Paul Bocuse.
Tuition can be paid either in full or installment. Scholarships are available, as well as special packages for institutions.
